2. Any alleged or actual violation of law or regulation by Pharmacy in connection with such purchase or use; and
3. Any patient claims, adverse events, or regulatory actions arising from Pharmacy’s purchase or dispensing of GPO products.
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of the Pharmacy’s membership in Atrium24 and shall apply regardless of whether the underlying claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.
