Michelle Hodnicki serves as Vice President of Customer Success, where she leads client strategy and engagement across the independent pharmacy community. With over 15 years of experience in pharmacy operations and healthcare technology, she brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping pharmacies grow and adapt in an evolving market.
Michelle began her career as a pharmacy technician in an independent pharmacy, giving her firsthand insight into the operational and financial realities pharmacy owners face each day. She later transitioned into consultative customer success and enterprise leadership roles within pharmacy-focused organizations, where she built scalable success programs, strengthened executive partnerships, and aligned technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). She is passionate about supporting independent pharmacies with the tools, strategy, and partnership they need to succeed long term.
Nick Brooke
Chief Revenue Officer
Nick Brooke is a revenue and growth leader specializing in pharmacy technology, with his entire career focused on helping pharmacies translate software into real operational and financial results. He brings cross-functional experience spanning sales, customer success, marketing, product strategy, and commercialization.
Nick began his career in pharmacy technology at iMedicare (Amplicare), where he developed deep expertise in Medicare, pharmacy workflows, and patient engagement strategy. Since then, he has worked alongside pharmacy owners, operators, and healthcare technology leaders to design and scale solutions that embed directly into the daily workflow of the pharmacy — driving adoption, retention, and measurable ROI.
He is known for leading with integrity, education, and a long-term partnership mindset. Nick believes the best growth strategies in healthcare come from aligning stakeholders across the ecosystem through technology — driving stronger clinical outcomes and long-term business sustainability for pharmacy operators.
Ed Roberto
Advisor
Mr. Edward Roberto serves as a Mentor at Atrium24. He has been an active entrepreneur, angel investor, and more recently a limited partner in venture capital funds across the United States.
His expertise include business strategy, equity financing, positioning firms for significant growth, merger & acquisition integration, and IPO. Ed strives to drive positive impact on operational, financial, and technical matters.
Marvin Scaff
Chief Technology Officer
Marvin Scaff is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with deep expertise in AI, knowledge graphs, and enterprise security. As former CTO of Mach49, he guided tech strategy for startups backed by Global 1000 companies. Previously, he led innovation at Tulli.ai and Dex Imaging, securing over 15 patents. He co-founded Dabbl, raising $6.8M in Series A funding. An Entrepreneur-in-Residence at SVIC, he supported high-growth ventures, including ArcSight (acquired by HP for $1.6B). Marvin is a passionate problem-solver, software architect, and cycling enthusiast with a love for Shiba Inus and gourmet cooking.
Gary Clarke
Chief Financial Officer
Gary Clarke is a senior finance leader with 30 years of experience at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology. He has led and advised high-growth startups in Molecular Diagnostics, Genomics, Gen AI, SaaS, and Clean Energy, raising $500M in capital and achieving successive exits, including an IPO. He was most recently the CFO and Head of Venture Finance and Economics with Mach49. Previously, he founded and led Trelar Logistics, Hy9, and Precision Epigenomics. His early career includes roles at Netscape, Amazon, and Vignette, following service in Army Special Operations. He holds a BS from the College of Charleston and a PMD from Harvard Business School.
Dr. Anne West
Clinical Pharmacist
Dr. Anne West, PharmD, started her career in pharmacy as an intern in 2009. She graduated magna cum laude from The University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2013 and spent the beginning of her career in big box retail positions.
Over the years she was able to serve a large community and hone her skills not only as a pharmacist but as a patient care advocate and leader within the pharmacy. Craving deeper relationships with patients and the ability to expand her craft she made her move into the world of independent pharmacy by joining Palm Harbor Pharmacy in early 2022. After developing and fine-tuning various clinical programs within the pharmacy, she joined Atrium24 to share her expertise on a larger scale. Within Atrium24 Annie focuses on clinical initiatives and member-specific projects.

Michael Ziegler, MBA

Michael Ziegler brings more than 25 years of experience in the pharmacy technology industry, with a career spanning software design, operations, account management, marketing, and sales. He began working in the industry in 1998 and holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business, including a Professional MBA with an International Business concentration.
Throughout his career, Michael has worked closely with a wide range of pharmacy models, including independent and chain retail, long term care, specialty pharmacy, combo pharmacies, and compounding operations. This breadth of experience has given him a deep understanding of pharmacy demographics, workflows, and the financial and operational challenges pharmacy owners face.
Michael is passionate about identifying opportunities that help pharmacy and industry partners grow sustainably while also improving patient outcomes and community health. At Atrium24, he focuses on building strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that align technology, data, and market access to create meaningful growth for members and partners alike.
Sam Rubio
Senior Account Executive
Sam brings wide-ranging experience in pharmacy technology and partner solutions, helping pharmacies modernize their operations, strengthen their marketing presence, and develop clear, effective sales strategies that turn opportunity into revenue. As a Senior Account Executive, Sam works closely with pharmacy owners and industry partners to identify and implement solutions that drive measurable growth.
Throughout his career, Sam has supported hundreds of pharmacies by delivering solutions across mobile applications, website design, telecom solutions, IVR integrations, digital marketing, automated solutions, and more. This experience includes working with independent pharmacies of all sizes, from single-store operations to organizations with over 100 locations.
Sam has worked across a broad range of pharmacy operations, including standard retail, long-term care, closed-door, compounding, and infusion pharmacies. Through direct collaboration with pharmacy leadership, he has developed a strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, operational challenges, and patient engagement strategies. At Atrium24, Sam focus’s on connecting pharmacies with the right technology, marketing strategies, and product opportunities to support long-term success.
Dr. Nicolette Mathey

Dr. Nicolette Mathey is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and industry thought leader committed to helping independent pharmacies thrive in an increasingly competitive healthcare landscape. Her journey began at 16 as a Walgreens cashier, evolving through pharmacy technician and managerial roles before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 2010.
Nicolette’s passion for operational excellence and growth strategies led her to launch outpatient pharmacy programs and later influence national pharmacy performance initiatives. In 2017, she became a pharmacy owner, acquiring Palm Harbor Pharmacy and successfully leading it through significant growth before exiting in 2023. Today, she remains deeply rooted in ownership as the founder of Achieve Pharmacy, a 503B fulfillment model bridging the convenience of online pharmacy with FDA-regulated compounded products.
In 2019, Nicolette founded Atrium24 Technologies, an ecosystem designed to empower independent pharmacies with tools, partnerships, and education to compete and grow. Atrium24 operates across three core channels:
