Located in Brooksville, Florida, our beautiful, 12,000 square-foot facility produces high-quality 503B sterile products to serve the unique needs of patients in medical practices, hospitals and surgery centers nationwide.

As a USP 800 and CGMP compliant FDA-Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility, PQ Pharmacy provides high-quality sterile compounded products in bulk to qualified healthcare facilities and practitioners for non-patient specific use.
Testing:
PQ Pharmacy’s quality assurance program encompasses compliance with FDA regulations, GMP standards and a robust environmental monitoring program. We take pride in going above and beyond industry standard. All batches of medication are tested by an independent laboratory for multiple standards such as sterility.
